Swadicati is an online food ordering and delivery platform that connects customers with local restaurants and delivery partners. We facilitate the ordering process but do not prepare food ourselves.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. Orders and Payments

All orders placed through Swadicati are subject to acceptance by the respective restaurant. Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed at the time of order placement. We support multiple payment methods including UPI, cards, wallets, and cash on delivery.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before the restaurant begins preparation. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information.

6. Restaurant Partners

Restaurants listed on Swadicati are independent businesses. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of food items offered by restaurants. Each restaurant is solely responsible for compliance with food safety regulations.

7. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary based on factors including distance, weather, and order volume. Swadicati is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Provide false information or impersonate others
• Interfere with the proper working of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Harass delivery partners, restaurant staff, or other users

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Swadicati platform are owned by or licensed to Swadicati. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Swadicati shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
